I. Before Use: Comprehensive Inspection & Standard Preparation
Environment Check
Install the equipment in a dry, ventilated area free of corrosive gas and strong electromagnetic interference.
Ambient temperature: 15℃–30℃; relative humidity: 30%–70%.
Avoid direct sunlight and dust accumulation.
Ensure the floor is level and meets load-bearing requirements. High-power units must be securely fixed to prevent vibration and displacement.
Reserve sufficient heat dissipation space; do not block air vents.
Equipment Inspection
Inspect power cables, grounding wires, and test leads for damage, exposure, or looseness.
Grounding must be reliable to prevent electric leakage and static interference.
Verify that equipment power and voltage match the unit under test (UUT).
Overpower / overvoltage testing is strictly prohibited.
Check that test fixtures and terminals are securely connected to avoid arcing or parameter drift.
Warm up the equipment for 30 minutes and calibrate voltage, current, temperature sensors to ensure accuracy.
Unit Under Test (UUT) Inspection
Check the UUT for damage, leakage, or deformation; ensure pins and connectors are intact.
Clean surface impurities and oxidation to ensure reliable connection.
Confirm UUT specifications and test parameters (load, temperature, duration, cycles) comply with product standards and test plans.
Do not change key parameters without authorization.

II. During Use: Standard Operation & Real-Time Monitoring
Safe Operation
Operators must wear insulated gloves and shoes.
Never operate with wet hands or touch high-voltage parts, terminals, or heating components during testing.
Before starting, verify that safety interlocks (leakage detection, over-temperature alarm, short-circuit protection) are functional.
Mark the emergency stop button clearly; press immediately in case of abnormality.
For high-voltage testing, post warning signs and restrict access to unauthorized personnel.
Do not plug/unplug cables or replace UUTs while running; always disconnect power first.
Parameter Monitoring
Monitor running status and key parameters: voltage, current, temperature rise, efficiency, and ripple.
Watch for abnormal fluctuations or threshold violations.
Avoid prolonged overload or over-temperature operation.
Regularly check cooling systems (air / liquid cooling) during high-power testing.
Adjust parameters gradually during dynamic load testing to avoid instantaneous damage.
Data Recording
Record data completely, truthfully, and traceably as required.
For automatic acquisition, verify data accuracy periodically to prevent loss due to software faults.
If any abnormality occurs (alarm, over-limit, unusual noise), stop immediately for inspection and record the issue. Do not run with faults.
III. After Use: Proper Shutdown & Timely Maintenance
Shutdown & Cleaning
Turn off the UUT first, then the main unit.
Disconnect main power and grounding only after the equipment has cooled to room temperature.
Clear the test area, remove UUT and cables, organize fixtures, and clean dust and debris.
Export and back up test data, generate standard reports, and file records.
Short-Term Maintenance
After daily use, check vents, fans, and cooling systems for blockage.
Inspect terminals and fixtures for looseness or oxidation; tighten or replace as needed.
Review alarm records, resolve minor issues (calibration, cable replacement) promptly.
IV. Regular Maintenance: Extend Life & Ensure Accuracy
Monthly Maintenance
Calibrate voltage, current, and temperature sensors.
Check high-voltage insulation and safety interlock sensitivity.
Test short-circuit, overvoltage, and over-temperature protection functions.
Clean internal dust (power-off only) and inspect components for aging or bulging; replace wear parts.
Quarterly / Annual Maintenance
Disassemble and deep-clean test modules and cooling systems.
Replace aged seals, fans, and liquid cooling filters.
Test grounding and insulation resistance to meet safety standards.
Upgrade software to support new test standards and functions.
Arrange professional inspection by the supplier to evaluate performance and plan upgrades.
V. Other Important Notes
Personnel Qualification: Only trained, certified personnel may operate the equipment.
Compliance: Set parameters according to GB/T, IEC, YD/T and other standards for certification and quality control.
Emergency Handling: In case of fire, electric leakage, or explosion, cut power immediately, use a dry-chemical fire extinguisher (never water), evacuate personnel, and report the incident.
Prohibited Actions:
Do not privately modify the equipment or replace core components.
Do not overload or use beyond the rated range.
Do not maintain or clean the equipment while it is running.
